REDMAGIC offers a 15-day return window for all gaming devices and accessories to ensure complete satisfaction with your high-performance hardware. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included components and no physical damage.

Return Process

  Log in to your REDMAGIC account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 15 days of delivery.

  Await Approval

  Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a unique RMA number along with the specific shipping address for your region.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack your device securely in its original box, including all cables and manuals, and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the shipping parcel.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and functionality at the warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
